Alfalfa – High in chlorophyll. Excellent support for arthritis, rheumatism, colitis, ulcers, anemia and osteoporosis. Arnica – A first aid liniment for muscular soreness and pain from sprain, strain, over-exertion or arthritis. Astragalus – Deep immune system tonic; improves adrenal glands function; useful in fatigue, frequent colds. Barberry – Helps with indigestion and poor appetite. Stimulates digestion and absorption. Helpful in acne, psoriasis, herpes. Black Cohosh – For dull aching pains without inflammation in joints, muscles or uterus. Blue Cohosh – Menstrual cramps with dull pains. Facilitates childbirth when labaour delay is due to weakness, fatigue. Burdock – Effective in dry and scaly eczema, psoriasis, acne, dandruff and boils; stimulates digestive juices. Chlorophyll – Low red blood cell count, fatigue, shortness of breath, high altitude sickness, heavy menstrual flow. Collinsonia – For irritation of throat from intensive talking, singing or shouting as well as for hemorrhoids and varicosities. Dandelion Root – For poor bile secretion, appetite, or digestive function; constipation from lack of bile; rheumatic conditions. Gold Seal – In sub-acute or chronic mucous membranes inflammation, such as sinusitis, hay fever, allergies, gastritis. Gotu Kola – Great support for thyroid gland where its low function contributes to emotional depression, dry skin. Hawthorn – Heart irregularities with rapid heart beat episodes, or weakness of head muscle from poor blood supply. Hyssop – In pulmonary problems characterized by excess mucous production with difficult expectoration. Licorice – An effective adrenal gland support.
