The common Dandelion is a valuable herb that originated in Europe. Its leaves, stem and root have powerful restorative powers to stimulate the liver and kidney. The plant is also rich in minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium, selenium and zinc as well as vitamins B1, B2, B3 and C, antioxidants that are believed to help prevent cancer.
